Why a Strategic Plan?

A strategic plan in a Catholic parish is essential because it provides a clear vision that aligns with our mission statement, guiding all ministries and activities toward spiritual growth. It helps prioritize resources and initiatives, ensuring that pastoral, educational, and outreach efforts effectively serve the needs of the church community. Additionally, a well-structured plan fosters unity and accountability among the priests, parish leaders and members, promoting long-term sustainability and evangelization.
